You may return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or Keays Club store credit, provided the item is:

In original condition, unworn and unaltered
In resalable condition with original packaging
Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase

All returns and exchanges must be submitted through our Return Portal to be accepted. Return shipping fees may apply, except in the case of a customer’s first ring size exchange, which we cover.

Exceptions

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

Final sale items
Gift cards
Worn, altered, or damaged items
Unauthorized returns

Please ensure no personal items are included in your return package — Keays is not responsible for lost personal belongings.
